About you

Who you are

You've achieved so much of what you've dreamed of, and yet some things that matter most are still not where you want them to be, and maybe even going in the opposite direction. You think faster than most, and you feel more deeply. You're always thinking about what's next. It's why you've built what you've built. And somewhere in the last few years your body, your mind and your relationships stopped keeping up.

The person with their health has a thousand wishes. The person without it has but one.

You want to live longer and achieve your dreams, while feeling peace and being grateful for all you have. You've read the books. You've taken the advice. And you're still not where you want to be. Somewhere along the way you questioned the mainstream: the medicine, the guidance, the expectations, how work and life are supposed to look. So did I.

Everything you try makes it better... then worse.

What's actually going on

There's a symptom with a name. You've treated the name. It came back, or something else showed up.

You may have a:

  • Doctor

    medicine

  • Therapist

    your heart and head

  • Trainer

    the gym

  • Coach or mentor

    your business

and none of them have ever been in the same room. So what's underneath, the thread connecting all of it, has never been dealt with.

Somewhere along the way you may have been led to believe it's hereditary, or it's just who you are. In my opinion it's rarely either of those, and I'll show you why.

In my experience nearly everything comes down to two root causes: your lifestyle and your emotions... how you live, and what you're holding. The second one probably runs deeper than you've ever known. If you keep fixing symptoms, those symptoms find a way back, and may bring their friends. Now it's time to fix the true causes.

This is for you if:

  • You're driven and something that matters isn't right.
  • You've tried the specialists and each one fixed a piece.
  • You're willing to look at all of it, at once.
  • You want it done with you, and you'll do the work.
  • You're ready for the truth.

This isn't for you if:

  • You want one thing fixed and nothing else looked at.
  • You want it done to you, without doing the work.
  • You want to be agreed with, and your beliefs left alone.
  • You'd rather not open up.
  • You don't really want things to be different.

What changes

Healthier. Present. Better in the business AND better out of it. Finding out what happiness and joy truly are, for you.

Picture it: Pain free. Healthy. A calmer mind. Peaceful relationships. The family you're trying for. A business that grows without taking over your life. I believe it can all be yours.

If you're worried about Alzheimer's or Parkinson's, about moving slowly, feeling weak, the aches and the pile of conditions that are supposed to arrive with age... in my opinion you may not need to be. Most of it comes back to the two root causes, and most of it can be changed. And the thing that runs in your family? In my experience it's rarely a sentence. It's a hint at where trouble tends to show up if you live the way they lived. I'm for living as long as we're meant to, and living every one of those years at peace.

Trying for a baby? Conception is a whole-person question too. Ask me for the fertility story.
